Today was a good day

Today, Noah was all about his Snugli. He slept most the day in it. I love that he enjoyed it so much and can only hope that he'll continue to love it. On second thought, I'm not sure my back can take much more Snugli time. It may just be another temporary thing like his sling that Tam and I used for 2 days. We'll have to see tomorrow.

I spent a lot of time reading today with Noah fast asleep on my chest. I read everything in this months GQ. I think every guy should read THIS article about properly fitting dress shirts. Seriously, that I watched some of the Grammy coverage again. I think Justin Timberlake was a little pissed when John Mayer won Best Pop Vocal Album. The best part was Christina Aguilera singing It's a Man's World.



Also, until Saturday Night Live, I had never heard of Lily Allen. Apparently, she is very opinionated and wears dresses with sneakers. And she's British. My opinion of her is still unformed as of now.

Approaching 7 Weeks

It's hard to believe Noah is already six weeks old. All I want to do is spend time with him. To say he has changed our lives is an understatement. I never thought a burp could be one of the most beautiful sounds I've ever heard. Currently he enjoys a good long breastfeeding followed by a nap, midnight viewings of Employee of the Month, Reba re-runs on Lifetime, Fall Out Boy's This Ain't a Scene..., his soft blue blanket, the sound of the restroom air vent, and late night car rides.
